Addie’s 11th birthday cake

Wonderful Sunday indeed ...even though we were awoken very early with crashes of thunder and lightning, and an amber rainstorm warning.

Our new pastor and family are settling in well and have been coming down to help with worship set up. So kind of them, considering everything else that he would have to do on any given Sunday morning!

I finished off Addie’s cake and here it is. Completely based on her new accessories that she got on her holiday. She loved it.

As the sun came out for the rest of the day thankfully, we made it down to the beach. It was really quite pleasant and good to be there after two weeks :).
