Squatters rights.......

.....a new kid cat on the block seems to have annexed the top few gardens of the street for it's own nefarious, feline purposes over the last few weeks. CashtheCat has just taken one look from the relative safety of the front door and made himself scarce.....somewhere in the attic if the sound of his retreating, pounding paws was anything to go by!
