Snowdon

Back blip. It is 27 years since I last climbed Snowdon so it was wonderful to be able to do it again today. There were 11 of us, the youngest being 8 years old. We walked from close to where we were staying so it was a 18.5 km round trip and took the youngest kids 9.5 hours!! Great day out only spoiled by the Snowdon cafe on the summit.....hundreds of people crammed in, many  having gone up by train. There was even a queue of 30 plus people in line for a summit photo at the trig point!
