Sammy

Sammy lives next door and is part of my extended cat family.  She's like Lizzie in that she lost her companion, Scooter, and since has put on weight.  When Lizzie lost her best buddy Snuffy, the same thing happened.  Speaking from personal experience, I'd say the same thing happens to humans.
