late flower?

Today the landscapers were busy planting new trees and bushes, they must have planted 50 or so. I took this shot of a small flower on a bush. I think it could be a small rose.With tonight the temp going below zero, it should kill the poor flower. I took this at dusk so the lighting is a bit off.
