Pumpkin Smoothie
We decided to celebrate our boss today (for no particular reason other than she is wonderful) with pumkin smoothies! I found the recipe on Pinterest and we each contributed by bringing ingredients. It turned out REALLY good. REALLY REALLY good.
Recipe:
1 cup of non-dairy milk such as almond milk ½ c. canned pumpkin (M)
½ banana
½ tsp maple syrup
½ pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch all spice
Whipped topping
Place everything in the blender except for the topping and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you'd like.
