Hive

A horrible hot, muggy, misty, damp day - the atmosphere like soup but I had to venture to Clonakilty. Inspite of the warm mizzle, it was all go - people bravely sitting al fresco enjoying lunch and coffee and ice creams. There was a real buzz to the place, and so much colour and so many flowers - see the town hall in the extra! Driving back through Cononagh I had to do a u-turn to investigate this little place - the Hive Inn! Not exactly busy, in fact this section was derelict, but very colourful.

And news hot off the press - there will be a blipmeet in West Cork on Sunday 23rd September. We are starting off at the Castle  in Castletownsend and will continue in style. Do join us for we shall have a a VIP blipper from down under in attendance too. I've put a note in the community/blipmeet section.
