Des Cadences Parfaites

I did some final bits of work to leave the garden tidy before we leave and went into the market for the usual fish, vegetables and coffee.  I also met up with Jean François in the church to try to determine how we are going to make a big hole in the tower ceiling and whether the currently inaccessible ceiling is wood or concrete.  In the end he said he would get a cherry picker to find out.  Later on I went to an excellent concert of vocal and instrumental baroque music by Handel, Purcell, Monteverdi and others.
