Another busy day as we sought to recalibrate our recruitment campaign to respond to the concerns expressed by some young people.

Started the day trying to buy The Herald to see my comment piece and any other articles. But the paper had not been delivered anywhere in Edinburgh: there even seemed to be a dearth in Glasgow. So relied on the online version.

Into the mix of the day we had a visit from the new team leader from our sponsor branch in the Scottish Government, Iain Fitheridge. Good to catch up. I thought it best to capture him next to the National Perfirmance Framework.

Ended the day with hospital broadcasting: the theme tonight was “good”. Very apt given our “ force for good “ campaign. Eended up with Aretha Franklin and Dr Feelgood: a sad loss.
