Splash!

Last day of my weeks holiday today.

A got picked up around 10am then another friend B turned up to play with L.

They’re like a conveyor belt!

We took L to gymnastics then went grocery shopping before some more odd jobs around the house.

L’s gymnastics/school friend then came back after their session and stayed for dinner and they placed in the garden with water, plant pots and potions!

I went to the gym for 30 mins cardio on the CrossFit then did a 30 min GRIT cardio class which was really tough.

Now for my salad dinner......
