Resurgence

He believed that .. the horror and shame that was visiting Russia would end .. and that God would return the country to peace. So said Tsar Nicholas during the few months that he lived following the Revolution. This poster in Moscow, quoting Nicholas, and typical of the resurgence (or maybe, re-emergence) of empathy in Russia for the royal family and, in particular, in this year, the 100th anniversary of their murder in Yekaterinburg at the hands of the Bolsheviks.
