Barnet Fair

Chelsea has a new 'do'. This pampered pooch visits the parlour every six weeks apparently; my hairdresser is lucky if I make it there every three months!

Sad to say though that Chelsea's lovely owner has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. She has had surgery and is now waiting for chemotherapy to begin. Of the women I have known with cancer, the thing they seem to fear more than anything else is losing their hair, their pride and joy; it's not called our 'crowning glory' for nothing I suppose.

Cath and her partner are in our thoughts and our hearts just now.....
