Pretty

The rain had stopped at mums before we headed home and I grabbed a pic of this striking plant in her garden. She said it’s a lot taller this year but it really is so pretty. Tiny purple flowers giving a lovely display.

The journey home wasn’t too bad. 5 hours and no rain although I think it had just stopped raining here and it looks like they had quite a downpour with lots of surface water and big puddles.

Think Josh was really pleased we were home as he has been home alone for the last 2 weeks and didn’t stop talking ;-D)) A wash on, Chinese takeaway, new fridge (arrived while we were away) put in, old fridge cleaned (will be going in our conservatory...replacing a little one), dog walked and time to sit down.
