Catching up on a quick bit of admin.
I did a 2nd studio session with her today with a clear intention of improving my balance and feet.
I noticed the difference already, walking around this morning and then walking from the bus to the studio : I had more bounce in my step. The result of freeing up my legs and feet.
No more for now (apart from my daily routine ) until the mat class starts again in early September.
