We had a training day, and as always this meant I ended up with more work, finished at 7.15 and went for a shower, rest can wait for another day, I need to have some food and then watch Young Apprentice!!!! I have to say some of them are rather "up themselves!!" It does make for some light hearted viewing though, just for the classic bloopers that happen every now and again!!
