A Snellen chart which hangs behind my clinic door. Useful for checking visual acuity in folk with visual symptoms. Those of us who visit the optician will be familiar with their more fancy equivalents.
Devised by a Dutch ophthalmologist - Herman Snellen - in the late 19th Century.
