Neuschwanstein Castle (New Swan Stone Castle)

King Ludwig's Castle - the one they fly over in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang - on the Feast of the Assumption. We probably picked the busiest day of the year to visit this castle! The extra shows the view of Hohenschwangau Castle from Neuschwanstein. We finished the day with a swim in an Alpine lake in the evening sunshine...heaven ☀️
