Burst pipes

This is our very wet kitchen floor. Why is it wet? Sadly not because we decided to give it a (much needed) clean, but because a waterpipe in our upstairs bathroom fractured and sent torrents of water through the kitchen ceiling.

It never rains but it pours - sadly it has not been a good day.
