Peace Woodland

Lichfield Cathedral and the local Beacon Park have joined forces with the artist in residence, Peter Walker, to create a Peace Woodland.

You’re invited to dedicate a plaque to someone in the name of peace. The trees, which are currently covering, chaotically, quite an expanse in the Cathedral Close.

I love the mish-mash of buildings surrounding our beautiful cathedral, and the assorted saplings added another dimension.
