Connaught Water

After  very busy weekend and the arrival of our friends A & D yesterday, I don't seem to have had time to pick up my camera until today.  Mr MC unfortunately had to work and D had to spend the afternoon having new tyres fitted to their son's car, so A and I took the opportunity to take a walk around Connaught Water.  The amazing heatwave seems to be over now and the weather has been variable, so we were lucky that the sun shone for us during our walk.  I've blipped this view before (sometimes with less breeze and clearer reflections) but it's always worth blipping again.
Our friends will leave us tomorrow and return to their home in Australia on Saturday.  Before they leave we'll sort our ESTA applications ready for when we next meet, in Tampa next year for our Caribbean cruise.
