Someting About Tires

If you look very closely, you can see tires hung on the top of fence posts in distant right of the photo as they are in the center above.  I could not tell if there was a business, or perhaps the house of someone who loves tires behind the fence.  The presence of the huge dump truck with big tires added to the mystery to me.  By the way, this is 5 minutes from my eye doctor's office in a small town about 2 1/2 hours from my house.  He is quite popular (and competent I might add) and serves a wide area from his little office.  He does not live there.  Thankfully, my annual eye exam was so positive, and I feel blessed.
