Silvies Ranch

We made our way to eastern Oregon for a three day golf outing at a working ranch. The course is on the ranch and it is one of only two reversible courses in the US. We played it one way today and play it the opposite way tomorrow. There will also be horseback riding and pistol shooting. I'm not sure if the owners are going to make this profitable so we figured we would give it a try while they're still in business. It's a unique idea but we are literally in the middle of nowhere. The closest grocery store is forty miles away!
Grateful today for...the chance to get away from it all....except the internet.
