STAYCATION DAY 9

WIDEMOUTH
With the promise of sunshine we went down to Widemouth Bay. It was wam but still overcast so I hired a wetsuit and board...they are so fetching:)))
I had a fabulous time...even managed a 40 metre surf. The Rev was not so willing to brave it. So unlike him but he seems to feel the cold more since donation. Not sure if it’s connected. After 2 hours I sadly returned the suit and board.
We enjoyed a Cornish pastie on a Cornish beach....not as memorable as the one years ago in the rain!!!
As the sun came out I ventured in the water again without a wetsuit and an abandoned board.
Seriously aching now!!! But loving it!!
So glad The Rev cooked dinner!!
