Rhododendron III

Yes I have doctored this slightly out-of-focus image with the use of Photoshop. I like the view but my wee camera does not always do justice to what I "see" - and if the truth be really known my eyesight is beginning to leave a little doubt in my mind. The application is drybrush and it gives that painted look which I find very appealing especially to my floral works.

This particular Rhodo resides at our front door and always looks poorly with dry tips to leaves and yellowing leaves but every year it throws these magnificent blooms.
