A 6 hour seminar today in Dun Laoghaire on all its ramifications for my work role. I am just home and preparing some food but I am tired.

Got a chance to walk into Sandycove in lunch hour and stopped by the giant doughnut to enjoy the sea air and great expanse of bay.

Dun Laoghaire is gearing itself up for a busy few weeks ahead - the Ironman event on 19th August and the Ukulele Hooley on 26th August.

I hope Her Worship will smile down and spread her rays around.
