Special local dish
I proudly present this local dish to you just because of the special species of fish - known as white bait or silver fish, which are semi-transparent and boneless small fish produced in mainly in China (including Taihu Lake, my home area) and East Asia.
They are so tender and tasty when cooked in a range of ways, such as with fried eggs or in a soup.
I really enjoyed the fried egg with silver fish dish cooked by my mum. Yummy!
