Another era ends.

No. 15 used to be a  rather good Cafe, with available alcohol. 
It now appears to have been reChristened and become a Wine Bar, probably with available food, but not checked that closely  - yet.

I ought to point out that I, in NO way, intend to belittle Xavier's, I just haven't visited them as opposed to #15.

While we're on about the name change; have you noticed how many people have a problem with an initial "X" and pronounce such names 
Ekzavier's an Ekzerxes?
