Frosty Sunny Morning

It looks cold but it was a really lovely refreshing walk with the
dogs this morning, I am doing the walks on my own as Mr L
is still laid up, we watched on Utube a Chinese Dr strapping
up a hamstring injury last night, so I have done the very same
to Mr L, and he says it's easier, so hopefully it will heal real
soon.
Busy day so early blip. you may like to look Large
Oh and my camera doesn't seem to be taking macro as well as
it did, so Mr L is putting it back to factory settings to see if that
works, hope so.
