Remember

Went to the remembrance service at All Saints in Holbrook this morning. When I started attending these 7 years ago the cars passing by the monument would stop for the 2 minutes silence. Not anymore. And they look at us funny. Clearly don't know what we're doing.

Because it was a nice sunny day, we went for a walk after a quick brunch. We met Rob and his family on their bikes and directed them through the mud.

C did duck breasts with dark chocolate sauce for dinner. Yum.


Thanks to the talktalk we are without internet since Sunday. It comes on for the odd minute & then goes off again. Not enough to blip or do anything internet related. I put my blips for each day in a folder and will see if we can go to a drinking establishment (coffee or ale) on Saturday to blip on Arni. I managed to catch the right moment this morning and could e-mail Sunday's blip to work. (Thursday 15th)
