Break in the weather

 All work stops as the ground receives the rain.  We have just had over half an inch which should do a lot of good and the grass may even start to grow a little although most of the nutrients and fibre in it will have gone by now.  This will make it very difficult for a further cut of silage for the dairy farmers.

Recovering from a neighbour's party last night in his garden.  They were very lucky missing the rain, good company, food and music to dance to (that's why I am so stiff today!).
