In the heat we visit, what we call "svalkedammen" twice a day, to cool the dogs down. Svalke means cooling down in swedish and sammen means pond.
I didn't the the first appartment, but a few hours later a man from the realestate office called me and told that he had another appartment for sale, similar to the first one, but evening nicer. The only possibility for us was to look at it late evening. We had a long talk with the owner and we came to an agreement, kr. 3.300.000,-. But the final answer we will get tomorrow!
