Three

1) The small round circle at the corner of my eye is a chicken pox mark from the 1970s.

2) The bump in my nose was caused when I banged it on the arm of a wooden chair in the 1980s.

3) The small white mark on the bathroom wall behind me is most likely a stray bit of toothpaste from the present day.
