A loop of the Helvellyn ridge was the doctors' orders today, with the great company of Apple Pie Cafes' (Ambleside) newest team member - Beth!

Managed to dodge the rain pretty well, although not so much the traffic. Troutbeck-Threlkeld was the best bit.
