Shooter's View

I have been wanting to do this blip for a while and have been tossing the idea around in my mind, working out how best to do it. I wanted to simulate a photographer's direct view of a camera seemingly in the act of being used. I don't know if this is the impression you are left with, but that was the idea.

You can imagine me, if you will, balancing two cameras on a chair at the back porch - with one hand for each. My right hand was trying to look as if it was about to take a picture with the DSLR while the other hand was attempting to hold and use the G12. The left wrist was pressing it against my chest while I held my breath and one of the fingers was depressing the shutter without the whole thing moving around too much. I must have looked perfectly ridiculous.

Anyway. Try something different I always say.
