Autumn?

Dris wanted a jumper on today first time since we moved here. It took me a while to decipher what he wanted! And once I lit the stove he was very happy!

Today I practised an energy clense on husband. Hard to try to remember how to do it all. I think I did ok but definitely need to keep practicing hard not to get too focussed on technique instead of going with what I feel. Something i can only learn by doing really. Which for me is hard as i love concise instructions and lots of information!!
