Liverfest

We are ready for our annual "Liverfest" which, this year, will be held on November 17. Here are over four pounds of frozen beef liver. This is an event, except for last year, which has been going on for several years. There are generally up to twenty participants. Now and then we find a new participant. It may be surprising to some of you but when we mention Liverfest there are actually those odd individuals who become excited at the prospect of joining us for a feast. Anything made with liver is welcome at Liverfest. Good friends, good wine, good appetizers good homemade sourdough bread, "good" liver!
