birds of a feather....

Today I went on a bird count with Birdwatch Zambia!  There were 7 of us and we went to a farm at Chisamba, about an hour outside of Lusaka, where there are lots of waterbirds!  Counting birds is not an easy thing but we had a lot of fun and hopefully made quite accurate estimates!  It was fascinating to see over 50 species of birds in this small wetland!

Traffic coming back to Lusaka was painfully slow....I was very patient!  

Going out for dinner with friends so looking forward to that!
