Christmas tree?

No, this is not a christmas tree (as fitted to the top of oil wells).  There is no oil gushing up through the kitchen floor, but neither is there much waste going down into the kitchen floor (pipe).  First fit a tight right angle bend in your sink/dishwasher waste pipe as it reaches floor level, run the pipe for 15-20 feet horizontally (no fall) and then cover it in concrete and tile over.
