Bye Bye DirecTV!

All stacked up and ready to ship out. Today we were visited by the Western Broadband Cable Guy who hooked us up with Cable TV, High Speed Internet, and telephone. We dropped Century Link phone and internet and we dropped DirecTV.

Internet download speed jumped by a factor of 10.

DirectTV will send up prepaid boxes so we can return the Tuners and Remotes. Don't know how Century Link (the old Qwest) will handle their returns. In all fairness, I must tell you that both companies were very nice about handling service cancellations.
