Rain Barrel

We have been collecting and storing rain water for about 10 years.  
During the construction for the new driveway and sidewalk I had to disconnect it and move it out of the way.  
It's sat there, off to the side, ever since.  It's made absolutely no effort to return to it's correct location.
So this afternoon I spent a few hours getting the base in place and level and re-positioning the barrel.
No chlorine or fluoride for our house plants, by God!
