Yes, I was innocently taking a photograph of this grape vine just round the corner from chez moi when this fat bastard of a pigeon let fly & it went down the back of my neck!

Otherwise I did watch the (extra) fabulous Dina Asher-Smith win the women's 200m sprint with the greatest of ease - beautiful!
