Duncan again...

After all the rain yesterday I saw Duncan out on the fields he'd drilled with Oilseed Rape on Wednesday. Today he was putting down fertiliser with this  Bateman RB26 spreader. I was amazed at how quickly the could cover a field with this machine, it took no time at all. A good thing because half an hour later it started to rain again and we had a couple of hours of quite steady rain on the edge of a thunder storm.

Otherwise it was the usual weekly shop at Sainsbury's and a quick trip to Cambridge. Margaret wanted some card-making supplies from the hobby shop.
