Leaky Mug

While on vacation, I bought this darling coffee mug.  I brought it home and made coffee.  Fortunately I use coasters, as there was a huge water ring under the cup. I had another mug from this company given to me as a gift that did the same thing.  So I decided to tell the company about the issue.  They told me that they don't have problems with their mugs. (Really??) Anyway, after many emails and getting to 5 different people, they sent me a new one. It seems to be OK. Customer service??!?
