The Holy Grail

What a day. It started with ferret racing and ended with cocktails.

In between there was a visit to Doune Castle where much of “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” was filmed, along with “Outlander” and scenes from “Game of Thrones” and all told via a great audio guide from dear old Terry Jones of the Pythons.

Later still I watched everyone else hack around the golf course and then some went swimming while me and Mrs S did cocktails.

Rounded off with a late night Uno tournament.

A grand day.
