Fennel

I was doing the shopping for feeding us at Dalston Agricultural Show this weekend when I saw the fennel. I haven't had any for ages and thought it might go well in the salad.

Busy afternoon with a Spirometry test for lung function. This was requested in March when I wasn't very well. I mistook the date of my May appointment so have had to wait to now. In the meantime I've been trying hard to improve my fitness and breathing.
