This is the incredibly quirky museum in Lizio, Brittany. It's the work of one craftsman; I quote from the leaflet: "Using recycled materials, he invents moving aquatic or musical sculptures, quirky machines and fountains."
An excellent way to spend a (sometimes) sunny afternoon.
