15.9C and mostly sunny. Some cloud. Light SW/WSW breeze.

After lunch Fergus and I went for a walk out to the old shipyard and had a walk round. Then we came back along Low Askomill and went round to the harbour where the tall ship Thalassa was at the new quay.

The Scotland Outdoors podcast with Euan McIlwraith. In 2015, Euan McIlwraith took a flight with a RAF Sea King Search and Rescue helicopter and got involved in a real life rescue, when the crew was directed to attend an incident on the Rest and Be Thankful. A coach had left he road and turned over. Five casualties were flown to hospital.
