The sidewalks in town are narrow enough, especially near the restaurants with outdoor dining: bike riders on the sidewalk are annoying and riding against the rules!  

This pic is a little grainy because the rider took me by surprise.  I had the camera on manual and the pic was pretty underexposed.  I couldn't resist it as a blip though!
