Another new recipe...

...beetroot brownies!

They are good...even the kids are eating them, one way to get one of their five a day into them. Indeed I was given this heady compliment from the 17 year old daughter, “They are quite decent, well done Mother!”

Results day today envelopes for the Es and the Buncle and both did very well. Es a bit disappointed with a B for advanced higher English but with two A’s and two B’s and the remainder of the subjects she studied crash highers and remembering that this past year she was Head Girl and had to fulfil the duties associated with that role she should definitely be kinder to herself.

A wee tea out tonight to celebrate:-)

Grateful that results day is over and that hard work has paid off.
