BBQ 2
A follow up BBQ from yesterday’s (backblipped) using another purchase from our trip to the market - chicken hearts, like the street vendors in Brazil serve them - BBQ’d on skewers, with lots of salt, and served with farofa (I didn’t use this recipe but found it interesting that Jamie Oliver has one for it!). I also got the manioc flour from the market! There were a lot more hearts than shown - next time I will probably get less than a kilo!! Need to work on my knowledge of weights and how much that means in food amounts!
